Rules & Regulations for Vendors, Sponsors & Food Trucks:
Failure to comply with these rules and regulations will result in immediate suspension and removal from the event without refund.
Vendor booth locations are first-come, first-served. Your location will be assigned in order of which your payment is received. Vendors who pay for the entire event series in advance will get preferred locations.
Vendor booth fees are $600 for the 4 events. All fees must be paid 10 days before the event you are participating in. No “subleasing” your booth.
Vendors must sell items pertinent to their business. You must be willing to offer food, crafts or retail items that your business specializes in.
Vendors must use a white topped 10' x 10' tent. You can have sides on your tent if you wish. Everything you bring must fit inside your 10 foot by 10 foot space.
Vendors and Food Trucks begin setup at 1:00pm on event day. You must arrive and set up within the allotted time frame. You should be ready to serve attendees promptly at 3pm. Food service must end by 9:45pm. No late set up will be permitted.
Stay for the entire event. The event ends and vendor teardown begins at 10:00 PM. Main Street must be clear by 11:00 PM. You must stay the entire event.
Clean up after yourselves. You are responsible for cleaning your vendor or food truck area entirely. It should look like you were never there when you leave. If you leave trash or any waste in your vendor or food truck area you will not be invited back. No disposing of grease or chemicals on Main Street.
No glass containers allowed. Per City of Jasper ordinance 10-329, you may only serve drinks in CLEAR PLASTIC CUPS. Please respect our City so they continue to allow us to have this event on Main Street.
Downtown Live will not supply ice or power to any vendor or food truck. The use of a quiet generator for food trucks will be allowed.
All vendor booths and food trucks must adhere to the vendor map. All participants must stay in the center of Main Street. No vendors will be allowed to set up outside of this area.
If your vendor space requires more than a 10x10 tent space, you may request a space located in the Food Truck Vendor space pending approval. $300 per event
All sidewalks must remain clear to comply with the City of Jasper’s ADA requirements. Restaurants which already have authorization for seating and tables outside their businesses may continue to do so, provided they do not block pedestrian traffic on the sidewalks.
Main Street businesses may place one standard 8’ table or display outside their business to sell merchandise or services they sell on an everyday basis. The table or display must be located against your building. This space is intended to focus on your products and services only. No third party vendors are allowed.
Main Street businesses and all vendors will have all employees and staff park in off-site/designated parking areas on day of event.
Food Truck Vendors:
As of January 1, 2023, permits for food trucks operating from their county of origin will be recognized in outside counties as long as they have applied for and received authorization to operate from the local health department where their home base or commissary is located. The permitted home base or commissary is the only location where wastewater is able to be discharged/dumped and water tanks refilled. The City of Jasper requires proof of active permit/authorization to operate from their home base a minimum of 48 hours prior to a scheduled event.
Alcohol Vendors:
All vendors selling alcohol must show proof of valid licensing. All vendors who sell alcohol must have a valid State of Georgia license for selling alcohol by the drink.
Vendors whose business is located in the Downtown Jasper Entertainment District (the yellow area on this map) must have a valid City of Jasper alcohol sales license. Vendors located outside of the Downtown Jasper Entertainment District must have a valid City of Jasper Special Event Alcohol Sales Permit. Please contact the City of Jasper for more information about obtaining the proper licensing
Sponsors:
Sponsor set up is located in the VIP section located in front of the Courthouse for GOLD sponsors and above.
